Represents a dependency, which the generated package is dependent upon.

All dependencies, are downloaded separately, after the package has been downloaded. At this time, we only allow having checked in files as dependencies, but in the future, I suppose that we can extend this functionality to also allow having arbitrary URLs as dependencies.
