XSLT function document() with empty parameters causes an exception in XSLT Transformation

A new kind of job has been added, which allows you to launch external processes. The output from such process may be used as payload for transmittal to another system OR you may use that output and check it back into ENOVIA. An example of the latter could be converting files from ENOVIA into other formats and check-in the converted files back to ENOVIA.
